Karen Ralling joined Brooks/Cole on November 15 as production editor. She was previously with West Publishing, Agoura Hills, CA. Micky Lawler returned to Brooks/Cole on January 1 in a new position as manufacturing buyer.

Wendy LaChance is closing her design and production business in Ashland, Oregon as of February 1. She will be moving to England early in March.
Dianne Jensis has joined Wadsworth Publishing Company as project editor. She was formerly production manager for the new development team at Delmar Publishers in Albany, NY.
