ANNUALLY:

Bookbuilders West Book Show and Banquet
Gala celebrating and rewarding excellence in design, composition, and manufacturing. Awarded books are showcased in the annual winners catalog distributed to attendees.

Crash Course in Book Production Basics
Day-long seminar covering entire process of book production from manuscript to bound book.

IAPHC’s International Printing Week
Printers have been setting aside the third week in January as a time to “Celebrate the value of the printing industry” since 1928. Celebrating how the printing industry adds to the success of our economy, culture, personal development, in essence, quality of life.

Foreword Magazine”s Book of the Year Awards
Books judged on: editorial excellence, originality of subject matter, accuracy, author credentials, and professional packaging. Finalists determined by a jury consisting of editors and reviewers of ForeWord Magazine, and the ForeWord Board of Advisors including booksellers, librarians and other industry professionals.

Monthly forums for editors, publishers, and writers. Members of Bookbuilders West invited to attend at no charge.
