36th Annual Book Show and Awards Celebration
Change—
Grow with it.
Bank on it.
Change. It never feels comfortable, conventional, or familiarÑdoes it? ItÕs filled with unknown elements that are often not reassuringøsometimes they are even alarming. BUT the truth is, change is always about continuous improvement, always about increasing effectiveness and efficiency, always making something betterÑan idea, a product, an event, even ourselves!
ThatÕs why the BBW 2007 Book Show and Awards Celebration has changed to a lunch eventÑmany of you requested a change in time and venue to improve overall attendance and ease logistical concerns and cost.
ThatÕs why the BBW 2007 Book Show and Awards CelebrationÕs format has changed to include two guest speakers and some of the awards will be presented in different waysÑmany of you asked that more knowledge-sharing be included as we honor and celebrate the best-of-the-best in our industry.
ThatÕs why the BBW 2007 Book Show and Awards CelebrationÕs theme focuses on ÒChangeÓÑthe changes and innovation going on in our industry and the changes necessary in ourselves to sustain successful professional development. Our guest speakers are known for thinking out-of-the-box with flexibility and great returnÑand their experiences and entertaining delivery will truly inspire you.
