Advertising revenues are used to defray the cost of mailing the newsletter. Additional proceeds benefit the Bookbuilders West Scholarship Fund.
Circulation
The Bookbuilders West Newsletter is published four times a year by Bookbuilders West, a nonprofit corporation, and is devoted to the communication of BBW news and reports of new technologies, seminars, and other meetings to our members. The Bookbuilders West Newsletter is distributed free of charge to members of BBW, to representatives of sister organizations, such as Bookbinders Guild of New York, the Chicago Book Clinic, and Bookbuilders of Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington. The mailing list contains approximately 1,000 names; of course, hundreds of others see each issue.
Submission Deadlines:
March 1 for Spring issue
June 1 for Summer issue
September 1 for Fall issue
December 1 for Winter issue
Rates and Availability
All ads will appear on inside pages. No bleed is available. The newsletter is four– color process. Advertisements will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to 2 total pages per issue. The rates are:
Quarter page $150
Eighth page $75
Payment
Full payment must be received with your ad, by the submission deadline. No allowances can be made for commissions to advertising agencies. Your donation is tax deductible.

Format Options (there's only one!)
Digital Files: Macintosh only! No PC files can be accepted.
QuarkXpress v3.32 (or earlier) and Adobe Illustrator v7.0 (or earlier) files, including all fonts, images, and EPS parent files.
